Cordova Studio meticulously reinvented this charming 1930's bungalow in the Atwater Village neighborhood of Los Angeles. We took the existing 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 1100 square foot structure and recreated it to accommodate 1800 square feet of living space, including 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a chef's kitchen, guest house, and plunge pool. Creating the quintessential Los Angeles bungalow for the modern family.
